Job summary

proAV seeks an experienced Technical Manager to join the Egham team, taking responsibility for high-level technical estimating, pre-sales and project support across domestic and international requirements. The role offers scope to drive service improvements and requires strong leadership across multiple departments.

Responsibilities include RFP development, design coordination, change management, rack build oversight, IT/UC collaboration, and on-site commissioning.

Qualifications

• Experience in technical estimating and pre-sales for AV/UC projects.
• Ability to coordinate across Designers, Production, and Sales teams.
• Proven track record on international projects and complex client requirements.

Responsibilities

• Read and understand new consultant/contract RFP Documents.
• Support the team with development of technical tender docs.
• Attend meetings and interviews as required.
• Develop and submit technical submittals, managed through to conclusion.
• Manage design changes and ensure drawings/pack accuracy.
• Oversee rack build, test phases and commissioning readiness.
• Coordinate IT/UC requirements with engineers and client teams.
