Job summary

proAV is seeking a Senior Project Manager for its Egham team to manage client orders within the Systems Integration group. You will oversee contract management, system design, on-site commissioning and budgeting, ensuring high standards and timely payments.

The role offers scope to drive service enhancements across projects while liaising with clients, suppliers and internal teams. This is a senior position with compensation reflecting experience.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of electronics and AV systems.
• Well organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Understanding of contracts and commercial processes.
• Ability to plan and schedule projects and prioritise under pressure.
• High level of computer literacy including MS Office.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects within budget and client satisfaction.
• Coordinate with internal departments, clients and contractors.
• Ensure H&S files and safe working practices on projects.
• Design system concepts and apply proven and new technologies.
• Understand contractual requirements and manage drawings/information flow.
• Oversee on-site commissioning and configuration of AV systems.
• Manage financials including invoicing and variations to avoid exposure.
