Job summary

proAV designs, integrates and supports blended technology solutions with AV, UC and beyond, providing 24/7/365 support to global clients.

The role combines technical oversight of onsite AV systems with hands-on operations management, directing technicians, coordinating events, and ensuring service excellence across EMEA sites.

You'll develop SOPs, manage resources, and collaborate with stakeholders to maintain reliable, high-quality AV services and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience overseeing onsite AV systems across event spaces and conference rooms.
• Ability to produce SOPs and training materials.
• Experience managing technicians and coordinating resources.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all onsite AV systems including event spaces, video conference rooms, and portable systems.
• Serve as technical escalation point for complex AV issues.
• Produce SOPs and training documentation.
• Provide setup, testing and support for events as needed.
• Demonstrate interest in computer science and AI; software development or automation experience is a plus.
• Direct line management of technicians.
• Supervise service operations, room checks, reporting and permits.
• Resource assignment for events ensuring efficiency.
• Inbox management and timely email replies.
• Contribute to service reviews with insights.
• Provide operational support during managers' absence.
• Produce reports on volumes, recharge, and team efficiency.
• Maintain positive relationships with end users and stakeholders.
• Attend daily/weekly meetings; plan weekly event scheduling.
• Staff rota and holiday requests.
• Incident management per client processes.
