Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience leading onsite AV operations and teams.
• Strong understanding of AV/UC systems and event tech.
• Ability to develop SOPs and training materials.

Responsibilities

• Oversee onsite AV systems at event spaces and meeting rooms.
• Escalate complex AV issues with Remediation for prompt resolution.
• Produce SOPs, training manuals and ad-hoc support documents.
• Provide setup, testing and duration support to events needing extra capability.
• Direct line management of technicians and resource planning.
• Manage daily/weekly/monthly service operations, room checks and reporting.
• Inbox management and timely client communications.
• Contribute to service reviews with data-driven insights.
• Support EMEDA Operations Manager and cover during absences.
