Job summary

A&O Shearman is seeking an AV & Collaboration Technology Manager to lead the global collaboration technology team from London. You will oversee the end-to-end governance, delivery, and operational excellence of the firm’s collaboration platforms and ensure reliable meeting spaces worldwide.

You will coordinate with UC, Network, and security teams, manage external partners, and drive adoption, training and continuous improvement across the organization.

Qualifications

• Direct or related experience in video collaboration, preferably within professional services.
• Proven experience in managing and developing IT teams delivering collaboration ecosystems.
• Strong understanding of governance, security standards and lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

• Own global collaboration platform roadmap (Zoom, Webex, etc.).
• Define governance, security and lifecycle standards for collaboration tools.
• Lead regional collaboration teams across EMEA, Americas and APAC.
