Qualifications

Maxar is currently seeking an Imagery Support Representative to join our team in London.

Maxar is seeking a Global Associate Imagery Support Representative to join our team! In this role, you will provide enterprise-level customer support for our external customers and ensure quality and performance delivery standards. You will develop internal and external client relationships, forecast client business needs, plan service deliveries, drive proactive service, and support mechanisms to reduce client downtime and costs. You will also liaise between customers, technical support, product development, sales, and field services to identify opportunities to support delivery improvements, reduce costs, and enhance value to the customer.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Providing excellent email customer support for internal and external clients
  • Answering inbound email and phone communications
  • Processing orders and preparing quotations and feasibilities
  • Assisting customers to define order requirements, including image selection
  • Utilizing knowledge of company policies and departments to answer technical questions
  • Applying knowledge of satellite imagery for basic quality control evaluations and recommendations
  • Attending training and development courses; providing training to peers and customers as needed
  • Communicating effectively at all levels of the company and with customers
  • Participating in an On-Call rotation once a week
  • Collaborating across departments to support delivery improvements and cost reduction

Minimum Requirements:

  • Degree or 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a professional or B2B setting
  • Experience with Microsoft Windows and Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, etc.)
  • Ability to work on-call once per month, including weekends (paid additionally)
  • Excellent communication skills

Preferred Requirements:

  • Degree in Geography, GIS, Communications, Sciences, or similar fields
  • Experience with GIS applications like Esri ArcGIS, ArcPro, QGIS
  • Strong listening, comprehension, and interpersonal skills
  • Effective problem-solving and analytical abilities

This role is not eligible for Visa Sponsorship. Salaries are market-driven and competitive, based on experience and location. The salary range is £30,000 - £33,300 annually.
