Job summary

Tsubaki Nakashima Co., Ltd, a precision manufacturer since 1936, is seeking a Quality leader to help drive the Global Quality Organization and ensure products meet customer requirements, including ISO 9001 and IATF 16949.

Reporting to the Global Quality Manager, you will lead APQP across five phases, coordinate PFMEA, PPAP submissions for major OEMs, and develop process flow diagrams, control plans, and inspection standards.

Qualifications

• Engineering graduate, preferably Mechanical/Automotive or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years in quality teams in automotive/ball manufacturing or related industry.
• Understanding of automotive industry standards and OEM requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead APQP across all five phases for ball and roller manufacturing.
• Coordinate PFMEA to mitigate risks in processes such as heading, flashing and heat treatment.
• Manage PPAP submissions for major automotive or industrial OEM customers.
• Develop and maintain process flow diagrams, control plans, and dimensional inspection standards.
• Evaluate sub-tier suppliers for APQP/PPAP compliance.
• Implement SPC and capability studies for key processes.
• Lead root-cause analysis (8D, 5-Why, Ishikawa) when nonconformities are identified.
