Job summary

Tsubaki Nakashima Co., Ltd is seeking a quality professional to help lead the Global Quality Organization. You will ensure our products meet ISO 9001, IATF 16949, AS9100 and customer requirements across automotive and industrial segments.

Reporting to the Global Quality Manager, you will drive APQP, PFMEA, PPAP and quality documentation, and collaborate with suppliers to uphold APQP/PPAP compliance. This role emphasizes data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Engineering graduate with 3+ years in quality teams (auto or tooling).
• Familiar with IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 standards.
• Experience in APQP, PPAP and quality tooling.

Responsibilities

• Lead all five phases of the APQP process for ball and roller manufacturing.
• Facilitate PFMEA to mitigate process risks.
• Coordinate PPAP submissions for major customers.
• Develop and maintain process flow diagrams and control plans.
• Evaluate sub-tier suppliers and ensure APQP/PPAP compliance.
• Implement SPC and capability studies for key processes.
• Lead root-cause analysis (8D, 5-Why, Ishikawa) for nonconformities.
