Job summary

Tsubaki Nakashima Co., Ltd is seeking a Quality Leader to help drive the Global Quality Organization and ensure products meet ISO 9001/IATF16949 requirements. You will support PPAP, PFMEA, and SPC initiatives across precision ball and roller manufacturing in a global context.

Reporting to the Global Quality Manager, you will coordinate supplier quality, documentation, and data-driven process improvements to satisfy demanding automotive and industrial customers.

Qualifications

• Engineering graduate with 3+ years in automotive quality teams.
• Experience in ball manufacturing or precision components is preferred.
• Familiar with ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead APQP across five phases for ball and roller manufacturing.
• Facilitate PFMEA to mitigate process risks.
• Coordinate PPAP submissions for major OEMs.
• Develop and maintain process flow diagrams, control plans, and inspection standards.
• Evaluate sub-tier suppliers for APQP/PPAP compliance.
• Implement SPC and capability studies for key processes.
• Lead structured root-cause analysis (8D, 5-Why, Ishikawa).
