Job summary

Tsubaki Nakashima Co., Ltd, a precision manufacturer since 1936, is seeking a Quality role to lead the Global Quality Organization. You will ensure products meet ISO 9001, IATF 16949, AS9100, and customer requirements.

Reporting to Global Quality Manager, you will oversee APQP, PFMEA, PPAP, SPC, and supplier quality, driving data-driven improvements across ball, roller, and precision components for automotive and industrial sectors.

Qualifications

• Engineering graduate in Mechanical/Automotive or related field, or Science with QA experience.
• Minimum of 3 years in automotive/ball manufacturing quality teams.
• Understanding of automotive industry standards and customer-specific requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead APQP across five phases for ball and roller manufacturing.
• Facilitate PFMEA to mitigate process risks.
• Coordinate PPAP submissions for major OEMs.
• Develop and maintain process flow diagrams, control plans, and specs.
• Evaluate sub-tier suppliers and ensure APQP/PPAP conformance.
• Implement SPC and capability studies for key processes.
• Lead root-cause analyses (8D, 5-Why, Ishikawa) for nonconformities.
