Job summary

Tsubaki Nakashima Co., Ltd. is seeking a Global Quality professional to lead the quality organization and ensure products meet and exceed customer requirements. You will drive APQP across processes, manage PFMEA, PPAP submissions, and supplier quality across automotive and industrial OEMs.

You will implement SPC, CAPA, and data-driven improvements, ensure ISO 9001, IATF 16949, AS9100 compliance, and lead cross-functional teams to enhance process capability and product quality.

Qualifications

• Engineering graduate with quality-focused experience in manufacturing.
• Minimum 3 years in quality teams within automotive/ball or tooling manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Lead APQP across five phases for ball and roller manufacturing.
• Facilitate PFMEA to mitigate process risks.
• Coordinate PPAP submissions for automotive/industrial OEMs.
• Develop and maintain quality docs: process flow, control plans, inspection standards.
• Evaluate sub-tier suppliers for APQP/PPAP compliance.
• Implement SPC and capability studies for key processes.
• Lead root-cause analysis (8D, 5-Why, Ishikawa) for nonconformities.
