Qualifications

• Engineering degree and related quality activities experience.
• Minimum 3 years in automotive or ball/manufacturing quality roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead APQP across the five phases for ball and roller manufacturing.
• Coordinate PFMEA to mitigate process risks like heading, flashing, and heat treatment.
• Manage PPAP submissions to T1 customers in support of automotive or industrial OEMs.
• Develop and maintain process flow diagrams, control plans, and dimensional inspection standards.
• Evaluate sub-tier suppliers and ensure APQP/PPAP compliance across materials (steel, ceramic).
• Implement SPC where possible and conduct capability studies for key processes.
• Lead root-cause analysis (8D, 5-Why, Ishikawa) for nonconformities.
