KLA Corporation is seeking an Applications Technical Trainer to educate SPTS service engineers and process engineers on operating SPTS process applications and modules. You will design and deliver training for both internal teams and customers, including online and AR/VR formats.

The role requires developing and maintaining curricula, aligning with BKMs, and collaborating with the multimedia team to produce engaging training material.

Qualifications

• Instruct SPTS service engineers and process engineers on running SPTS process applications on SPTS modules.
• Develop structured training courses to meet field requirements and adapt for customers.
• Create online training content and AR/VR applications in collaboration with multimedia teams.

Responsabilités

• Teach employees and customers service classes on applications principles.
• Incorporate diverse instructional delivery techniques with global cultural sensitivity.
• Identify gaps, develop new BKMs and improve curriculum standards.
