Job summary

ASOS is hiring an Accounts Payable Assistant - Non-Stock on a 6-month FTC in Greater London. You will process non-stock supplier invoices, run multi-currency payments, and help ensure timely payments across the business.

You should have experience with multi country/currency transactions, high-volume AP, and strong communication. The role interfaces with Logistics, Retail and Buying teams, supporting KPI reporting and year-end processes.

Qualifications

• Experience handling multi-country/multi-currency AP transactions.
• Exposure to high-volume accounts payable processing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Accurate and logical approach to work.

Responsibilities

• Match non-stock supplier invoices.
• Prepare multi-currency payment runs.
• Ensure prompt payment for non-stock invoices.
• Raise receipting issues and query stakeholders.
• Review GRNI and unallocated cash.
• Reconcile key supplier accounts regularly.
• Assist with KPI reporting and management accounts reporting.
• Liaise with auditors during year-end process.
