Job summary

Michael Page represents a global client in London seeking an AP Accountant to support day-to-day accounts payable activities, ensuring invoices, supplier records and employee expenses are processed accurately and efficiently.

You will work closely with internal stakeholders and suppliers to maintain controls, assist with reporting and ad-hoc finance projects, and contribute to a structured, professional finance team in a large organisation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in Accounts Payable preferred.
• A strong understanding of accounts payable processes and basic accounting principles.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills and confidence using finance systems and technology.
• Excellent attention to detail, organisational skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach with strong problem-solving capabilities.
• The ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities
