Job summary

Schneider Electric UK is seeking an Analyst Relations & Strategic Communications Programs Manager to drive key communications across the Digital Energy business, including EcoStruxure Foresight, Impact Buildings, and future growth programs.

You will partner with communications, marketing, product and leadership to ensure programs are delivered, analysts and stakeholders are aligned, and Digital Energy maintains a strong presence with industry analyst firms, customers, partners and influencers.

Qualifications

• Evidenced experience in analyst relations, strategic communications, or B2B marketing.
• Experience working with technology, software, energy management, infrastructure, industrial, or sustainability-related businesses.
• Strongprojectandprogrammanagementexperience.

Responsibilities

• Own the Digital Energy analyst relations program.
• Build and maintain relationships with key industry analyst firms.
• Develop annual analyst engagement plans.
• Lead cross-functional SME collaboration for submissions and market reports.
• Editorial review for clarity, consistency, and quality of analyst submissions.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen analyst-facing content and narratives.
• Monitor market trends and share findings with stakeholders.
• Coordinate communications calendars, campaigns, and assets.
