You will analyse aircraft and engine options, build business cases and communicate recommendations to senior leadership.

The role requires deep fleet planning experience, strong financial modelling and the ability to lead cross-functional work in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• Significant airline fleet planning experience with strategic impact.
• Strong financial modelling skills and ability to translate data into cases.
• Advanced Excel and modelling capabilities for scenario analysis.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain fleet plans and scenarios balancing utilisation and value.
• Lead aircraft and engine acquisition, financing and disposal analyses.
• Modernise planning methods, governance and decision support processes.
