Job summary

easyJet is seeking a senior leader to shape fleet planning and procurement for over 360 aircraft across its three airlines. You will partner with the Head of Fleet Planning and Procurement to strengthen governance and communication of fleet decisions.

Qualifications

• Significant airline fleet planning experience.
• Strong financial modelling skills.
• Advanced Excel capability.
• Ability to lead cross-functional work through ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain fleet plans and scenarios balancing utilisation, capex and value.
• Lead analysis of aircraft and engine acquisition, financing, leasing, operation and disposal opportunities, translating evidence into business cases and recommendations for senior stakeholders.
• Modernise planning methods, tools and governance, using automation, optimisation and AI-enabled decision support where they add value.
