Job summary

Kuehne+Nagel is seeking an experienced Global Air Logistics Vertical Implementation Manager to lead and oversee complex customer implementations from initiation to stabilization across the EMEA region.

You will collaborate with Sales and Air Logistics leadership to define goals, manage programs, and ensure delivery within scope, time, and budget, requiring at least 5 years of international project experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration or related field.
• Min. 5 years of proven experience as Project/Program Manager delivering complex global projects.
• Strong understanding of Air Logistics operation and processes.
• PM Certification (PMP/Prince2) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning, initiation, and create detailed plans with timelines.
• Direct execution and control, monitor progress, and resolve issues.
• Manage resources and collaborate with functional managers for expertise.
• Engage stakeholders with clear status updates and transparent communication.
• Ensure quality against ISO 21205 standards and drive improvements.
• Coach junior managers and share best practices within the vertical.
