Job summary

Kuehne+Nagel is seeking a Project Manager to lead Information Systems projects across the business in the UK. You will drive successful delivery, collaborate with diverse stakeholders, and establish best-in-class delivery standards to turn complex challenges into clear outcomes.

You will build and maintain project documentation, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure governance and change control processes are followed to deliver on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Proven track record delivering IT/WMS projects.
• Experience with PRINCE2, ITIL or APM is advantageous.
• Ability to translate business needs into project plans.
• Willingness to travel across the UK.

Responsibilities

• Lead the successful delivery of IT/IS projects within KN policies, budgets, timelines and quality expectations.
• Develop and maintain PID documents, delivery plans, stage gate collateral, and status reports.
• Coordinate cross-functional project teams with clear roles and stakeholder engagement.
• Establish and manage project plans, track milestones, and take corrective action as needed.
• Manage project budgets, resource utilisation and financial tracking to control costs.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues with governance and contingency planning.
• Govern project scope and change requests, evaluating impacts on budget and timelines.
• Facilitate project meetings, steering group updates, and stage gate reviews with audit-ready records.
