Job summary

Boston Consulting Group is seeking an experienced AI Portfolio Strategy Lead to shape and govern a portfolio of agentic assets across PA offers and BCG X moonshots. You will translate business priorities into portfolio actions, drive investment decisions, and lead cross-functional collaboration with PA leaders, product managers, and AI Factory teams.

The role emphasizes governance, analytics, and market-driven strategy, with a mix of in-person collaboration (roughly 50% onsite) and remote work.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of relevant experience in consulting or professional services with product management.
• Experience managing a portfolio of AI-powered offers with investment decisions.
• Familiarity with governance frameworks and stage-gate portfolio processes.
• Technical literacy to discuss AI product architecture and data governance.

Responsibilities

• Define portfolio vision and strategic guardrails for agentic assets.
• Enforce governance standards and stage-gate criteria.
• Balance portfolio maturity, innovation, and reuse potential.
• Support budgeting and annual planning for the portfolio.
• Engage with PA AI leaders and product managers.
• Build dashboards and reports independently.
