Boston Consulting Group is seeking a GenAI engineering leader in London to drive the delivery of AI-powered products. You will act as a player-coach, contributing to code and architecture while mentoring engineers and promoting best practices across squads.

You will champion clean architecture, secure APIs, and cloud-native delivery on AWS, with a focus on rapid AI-enabled product development, quality, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on software engineering experience with strong backend/API expertise using Python (FastAPI or Flask).
• 1+ years of hands-on experience with LLMs: building RAG solutions, agentic workflows, integrating LLMs into products, and related tools.
• Experience in cloud-native development (AWS) with DevOps practices.

• Lead as a player-coach, directly contributing to code and architecture while mentoring engineers.
• Champion engineering excellence, maintainable code, and secure, scalable APIs that integrate with LLMs.
• Drive adoption of AI engineering tools, align with product and research, and define technical strategy.
