Job summary

Global Payments is seeking an AI Capability & Learning Consultant for a 6-month FTC Contract to drive enterprise-wide AI capability growth. You’ll design learning experiences that help colleagues adopt AI tools responsibly, including Copilot, and create scalable capability strategies across leaders, engineers, and product teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in Organizational Development, Learning and Development, Change Management, or Workforce Transformation.
• Track record of assessing capability needs and creating solutions that drive adoption, behavior change, and measurable business results.

Responsibilities

• Drive enterprise-wide AI capability growth by identifying workforce skill gaps, defining learning priorities, and creating solutions that align with business goals.
• Shape the adoption of AI across the organization by designing practical learning experiences that enable colleagues to apply AI tools in meaningful, everyday ways.
• Create learning pathways that deliver measurable outcomes for colleagues, people leaders, senior leaders, engineering teams, product teams, and other critical talent groups.
• Build a culture of responsible AI use by embedding safe, ethical, and approved practices into learning experiences, resources, and capability programs.
• Influence business performance through AI adoption by partnering with teams to identify, pilot, and scale use cases that improve productivity and colleague experience.
• Develop engaging resources and communities that accelerate learning, including toolkits, use case libraries, champion networks, communications, and peer learning experiences.
• Use data and insights to continuously improve impact by measuring capability growth, confidence, tool adoption, behavior change, and business outcomes.
• Keep the organization future-ready by monitoring emerging AI trends, technologies, and skill requirements and translating them into scalable capability strategies.
