CuspAI is seeking a Technical Program Manager with a strong technical or scientific background to drive the activation of AI Materials Foundry members and deliver end-to-end technical delivery. You will lead cross-functional teams across AI, Chemistry and Engineering, coordinate Foundry initiatives and customer pilots, and help scale internal processes.

This role is based in London or Cambridge with three days in the office and travel to other sites.

Formación

• Background in Natural Science, CS, Software Eng., AI/ML.
• Experience as a Technical Program Manager in scientific/AI/ML environments.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and align cross-functional teams (AI, Chemistry, Engineering).
• Excellent stakeholder management to influence researchers and partners.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving in changing priorities.
• Strong leadership and facilitation for cross-functional teams.
• Experience managing external-facing customer projects.

Responsabilidades

• Lead AI Materials Foundry programs across a global partner network.
• Translate objectives into executable plans aligning commercial, research and engineering teams.
• Own planning and delivery of Foundry initiatives and events; manage resources, timelines, and risks.
• Lead technical programs with industry partners and research institutions; serve as primary contact.
• Facilitate technical discussions between internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Drive project scoping and proposal writing with partnerships and technical teams.
• Manage joint development initiatives and coordinate customer pilots from concept to deployment.
• Refine scalable processes with the TPM team; implement milestone metrics.
• Coordinate compliance, IP processes, and support change management to scale the organization.
• Use data to drive continuous improvements to internal and customer-facing processes.
