Job summary

CuspAI is seeking an AI Materials Foundry Ecosystem Manager to join our Partnerships team and accelerate adoption of our AI Materials platform across Europe, the USA, and APAC.

You will design and lead a global engagement strategy, build scalable partner frameworks, and coordinate with executive stakeholders across international markets, research, and product teams to drive collaboration and impactful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in ecosystem management or tech partnerships.
• Proven ability to host and manage events, including partnerships with Fortune 100 companies.
• Global cross-cultural experience with senior stakeholders.
• Experience collaborating with AI/Materials teams.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design, coordinate, and host a comprehensive global engagement strategy across the AI Materials Foundry.
• Build scalable partner collaboration frameworks.
• Act as the primary operational bridge for tech partners, enterprise clients, and elite research institutions across Europe, the USA, and APAC.
• Manage day-to-day engagement with global foundry stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross-functional timelines between external partner teams and CuspAI leadership.
• Collaborate with AI Research, Computational Chemistry, and Product teams to channel partner feedback into development priorities.
• Work with marketing and PR to spotlight partner success stories.
