Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in AI, ML, Data Science or related fields.
• Strong Python skills and frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face.
• Experience taking AI proof-of-concepts from idea to production.
• Strong knowledge of deep learning, NLP, and LLM architectures with fine-tuning and embeddings.
• Familiarity with agentic AI concepts and orchestration frameworks.
• Experience deploying AI solutions on cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills; curious, hands-on mindset.
• Experience with multimodal AI, AI governance, or MLOps.

Responsibilities

• Assess, design, build, optimize and deploy ML/AI models and foundational models.
• Research emerging AI technologies, prototype capabilities, and run proofs-of-concepts.
• Collaborate with business and technology teams to identify high-value use cases.
• Drive a culture of innovation through experimentation and knowledge sharing.
• Define best practices, technical standards, and reusable AI patterns across the organization.
• Develop agentic AI workflows using LangChain or similar frameworks.
• Develop and maintain AI system blueprints; ensure integration with existing infra.
• Ensure compliance, observability, and scalability in AI design and deployment.
• Adhere to security, ethical guidelines, and regulatory standards for AI solutions.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to deliver high-impact AI opportunities.
• Stay at the forefront of advancements in foundation models and autonomous agents.
