Job summary

Global Payments Inc. is seeking a senior leader to shape, scale and deliver AI and automation solutions across the organisation. You will lead a team with global reach, owning end-to-end AI strategy, business case ownership and benefit realisation.

The role interfaces with senior business leaders, technology, product, risk, compliance and external partners to ensure pragmatic, governed, scalable AI delivery that aligns with strategic priorities.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading AI, automation, or technology-enabled change at enterprise scale.
• Ability to translate strategy into practical delivery roadmaps.
• Experience managing senior stakeholders and influencing executives.
• Experience working with technology, product, data, risk, compliance and operations teams to deliver complex change.

Responsibilities

• Define enterprise AI and automation strategy and roadmap.
• Lead AI & Automation team and manage partner relationships.
• Deliver AI solutions from concept through to scale and value realisation.
• Establish governance and delivery discipline across projects.
