Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in AI, ML, Data Science or related fields.
• Strong Python skills and frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face.
• Experience taking AI proof-of-concepts from idea to production.
• Strong knowledge of deep learning, NLP, and LLM architectures with fine-tuning and embeddings.
• Familiarity with agentic AI concepts and orchestration frameworks.
• Experience deploying AI solutions on cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills; curious, hands-on mindset.
• Experience with multimodal AI, AI governance, or MLOps.

Responsibilities

• Assess, design, build, optimize and deploy ML/AI models and foundational models.

You’ll continuously evaluate new AI capabilities, conduct research and proof of concepts, and help identify opportunities where AI can unlock new customer and business value. You’ll work across Generative AI, Agentic AI, Machine Learning, and LLMs , helping deliver innovative capabilities that create real business value.

What you’ll own

• Assess, Design, build, optimize and deploy ML/AI models, Foundational models for real-world applications

• Stay at the forefront of advancements in AI, foundation models, and autonomous agents.

What you’ll bring

• 5+ years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, or related fields.
• Strong Python skills and experience with frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face.
• Experience taking AI proof-of-concepts from idea to production.
• Strong knowledge of deep learning, NLP, and LLM architectures and experience in fine-tuning LLMs or training domain-specific models, RAG, embeddings, and vector databases.
• Familiarity with agentic AI concepts and orchestration frameworks.
• Experience deploying AI solutions on cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for innovation.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• A curious, hands‑on mindset with a desire to experiment, learn, and build.
• Experience with multimodal AI, AI governance, or MLOps.

• Advanced degree in AI, Computer Science, Data Science, or related disciplines.
• Research, publications, patents, or open-source contributions in AI/ML.
