Job summary

EY seeks a Digital Content Project Manager to plan, coordinate and deliver digital content initiatives across ey.com and related platforms. You will translate priorities into structured project plans and coordinate cross-functional teams and regions to ensure on-time delivery.

The role focuses on modernizing content operations through AI, automation and emerging technologies, driving workflows, governance and continuous improvement to improve efficiency, quality and scalability.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering digital content initiatives in a global environment.
• Understanding of the digital content lifecycle including governance and retirement.
• Familiarity with enterprise content platforms (AEM, Marketo) and related technologies.
• Knowledge of SEO, taxonomy and content governance principles.
• Experience leveraging AI/automation to improve content operations.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a matrixed organization.
• Experience with Agile or hybrid delivery models.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of digital content initiatives and publishing process improvements.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones and reporting.
• Coordinate delivery across regional teams and stakeholders to align priorities.
• Monitor progress, risks and dependencies, driving resolution and escalation as needed.
• Support application of editorial governance and content lifecycle standards.
• Identify opportunities to apply AI/automation to improve productivity and scalability.
• Partner with stakeholders to pilot and implement new technology-enabled processes.
• Lead workflow optimization to simplify processes and drive adoption of AI-enabled production and publishing.
