Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of digital content initiatives, including optimization and publishing projects.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, dependencies and reporting.
• Coordinate delivery with regional teams and stakeholders to align priorities and timelines.
• Monitor progress, risks and issues; drive resolution and escalation.
• Support editorial governance standards throughout the content lifecycle.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation to scale content operations.
• Partner with stakeholders to pilot and implement technology-enabled processes.
• Lead workflow optimization initiatives to improve efficiency and adoption of AI-enabled tooling.
• Drive change management for new tools and operating models.
• Maintain project documentation and status reporting for transparency.
