Job summary

EY is seeking a Digital Content Project Manager to plan, coordinate and deliver digital content initiatives across ey.com and related platforms. The role focuses on content production, optimization and publishing, with a highlight on modernizing operations through AI, automation and new technologies.

You will drive cross-team collaboration across regions and governance standards to achieve scalable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience managing digital content and web, marketing operations, technology implementation or business transformation initiatives within a complex global environment.
• Strong understanding of the digital content lifecycle, including creation, optimization, publishing, governance and retirement.
• Working knowledge of enterprise content management and marketing platforms (AEM, Marketo and related digital experience technologies).
• Understanding of SEO, GEO, content taxonomy and digital content governance principles.
• Experience leveraging AI, automation and emerging technologies to improve operational efficiency and scalable workflows.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of digital content initiatives including content optimization programs and publishing process improvements.
• Develop and maintain project plans, delivery schedules, milestones, dependencies and reporting.
• Coordinate delivery across regional teams and stakeholders to align priorities and timelines.
• Monitor progress, risks, issues and dependencies; drive resolution and escalation.
• Ensure editorial, taxonomy, compliance and content governance standards are applied.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI, automation and emerging technologies to improve productivity.
• Pilot and implement technology-enabled processes and new ways of working with stakeholders.
• Lead workflow optimization initiatives to simplify processes and adopt AI-assisted content production, optimization and publishing capabilities.
• Drive change management activities related to new tools and operating models.
• Maintain project documentation and status reporting for transparency and consistency.
