Job summary

EY is looking for a Digital Content Project Manager to plan, coordinate and deliver digital content initiatives across ey.com and related platforms. You will translate priorities into structured project plans and coordinate execution across teams and regions, focusing on modernization through AI, automation and new delivery models.

You will drive governance, manage milestones, monitor risks, and champion efficient publishing workflows.

Qualifications

Experience managing digital content, web, marketing operations, technology implementation or business transformation initiatives within a complex global environment.
Strong understanding of the digital content lifecycle, including content creation, optimization, publishing, governance and retirement.
Experience leveraging AI, automation and emerging technologies to improve operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end delivery of digital content initiatives and publishing process improvements.
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones and reporting.
Coordinate delivery across regional teams and stakeholders to align priorities and timelines.
Monitor progress, risks, issues and dependencies, driving resolution and escalation.
Maintain governance standards for content throughout the lifecycle.
Identify opportunities to leverage AI, automation and emerging technologies to improve productivity.
