The role focuses on building robust data foundations, scalable dashboards, and automated reporting to improve customer journeys and operational efficiency.

You will translate insights into strategic actions, drive cross-region governance, and contribute to shaping AI-enabled analytics that scale across diverse markets.

Qualifications

• Experience in Data Analytics/Data Science with exposure to Customer Success or Digital Experience domains.
• Proficient in SQL for data extraction, transformation, and pipeline development.
• Experience with dashboards (Tableau, Qlik) and big data tools (Snowflake, Databricks, Spark).

Responsibilities

• Build robust data foundations with engineering to develop pipelines, governance, and metric definitions across international markets.
• Create scalable dashboards linking metrics across the customer journey.
• Automate recurring reporting and validation to boost accuracy and efficiency.
• Perform deep-dive analytics to uncover drivers of customer pain points and adoption issues.
• Translate findings into actionable recommendations to optimize staffing and routing decisions.
