Job summary

R/GA is seeking a Data Analyst to design measurement frameworks, build AI-powered analytics pipelines, and turn complex data into clear recommendations for clients. The role sits at the center of transforming brand data into actionable intelligence across surfaces and dashboards.

You will work with Python, SQL, GA4, BigQuery and visualization tools, presenting insights to senior stakeholders and shaping the next generation of data solutions for marketing teams.

Qualifications

• Experience building with AI including prompts and pipelines.
• Experience taking data end-to-end to executive presentations.
• Strong Python and SQL skills; able to read, write and debug.
• Hands-on time with messy real-world data.
• Familiarity with at least two analytics/tools from list.

Responsibilities

• Develop measurement frameworks aligned to business goals.
• Present performance results with a single clear recommendation.
• Implement, test and debug analytics tracking on client sites or apps.
• Build and ship a working AI pipeline from a spec.
• Pull data from BigQuery, GA4, media platforms or a CRM to interpret.
• Build a dashboard that clients trust and use weekly.
• Take a reporting task and redefine it into a better solution.
• Write the spec for the next project.
