Job summary

Aquent is partnering with a leading innovator to transform how small and mid-market businesses operate globally. This Product Designer role shapes AI-driven experiences, influences product strategy, and drives global, scalable design across markets and currencies.

You will champion a customer-backed perspective, work with cross-functional teams, and mentor a distributed design organization to raise craft and impact at scale.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product design experience, focused on product-led growth, funnel and conversion design, or B2B/SaaS growth.
• Experience leading design for a product area or customer segment with measurable business outcomes.
• Experience designing for international markets with localization, multi-currency and multi-language needs.
• Strong experience with experimentation and A/B testing; fluent in funnel analytics.
• Experience designing with AI/ML, including personalization and AI-powered discovery.

Responsibilities

• Own the design strategy and vision for a product area across global markets.
• Drive experience quality and business outcomes including growth, activation, conversion and retention.
• Lead AI-first design, crafting end-to-end journeys with AI and human input.
• Design intuitive, transparent AI-powered features for diverse users.
• Shape patterns for global scale and localization decisions.
• Mentor designers and raise craft across remote and distributed teams.
