Qualifications

• Hands-on data science and AI delivery in the customer domain.
• Strong Python capability for production-grade code and reviews.
• Solid foundations in data analytics, experimentation and ML.
• Practical understanding of generative AI architectures and agentic patterns.
• Experience with data prep, testing, deployment and monitoring (MLOps).
• Ability to explain technical findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Awareness of fairness, privacy, explainability, security, governance.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver customer analytics, data science, ML and generative AI solutions from problem framing to production.
• Make technical decisions on workstreams including approach, model/architecture selection, guardrails and cost/performance trade-offs.
• Apply segmentation, propensity, churn, CLV and N-B-A modelling to improve decisions.
• Write production-quality code and review others' work (models, prompts, pipelines).
• Establish robust data prep, experimentation, validation and performance measurement.
• Collaborate with engineering, architecture and product teams to take prototypes to production and scale.
• Lead day-to-day technical delivery of a workstream, coaching team members.
