Job summary

Global Payments Inc. in London seeks a Strategy Analyst, Business Enablement to shape AI-driven initiatives across the enterprise. You will help prioritize AI opportunities, define use cases, and collaborate with diverse teams to turn ideas into programs with measurable impact.

You will analyze data, build business cases, and prepare executive communications, focusing on value creation and efficiency improvements within a global payments context.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years' experience in Strategy, Business Analysis, Consulting, Transformation, Product Management, PMO, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to structure complex business challenges and develop actionable recommendations.
• Experience developing presentations, business cases, reporting materials, and executive-level communications.
• Strong stakeholder management skills across multiple business and technology teams.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; capable of data analysis and communicating insights.

Responsibilities

• Support the intake, assessment, and prioritisation of AI opportunities across Global Payments.
• Partner with stakeholders to define AI use cases, document business challenges, and identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and efficiency gains.
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses to support business cases, investment decisions, and value creation opportunities.
• Maintain and track a portfolio of AI initiatives, supporting governance forums, executive reporting, and progress monitoring.
• Support value realisation activities by measuring outcomes against business case assumptions and helping demonstrate the impact of AI initiatives.

• Experience working within Financial Services, Payments, FinTech, or Technology environments.
