Job summary

RES is seeking a Senior AI Architect and Engineer Lead to define the target AI architecture for its data platform and to design, engineer and build AI services, including LLMs, agents, ML models and RAG workflows.

Reporting to the Head of Data and Analytics, you will set standards, govern security and cost, and partner with platform operations to ensure scalable, reliable AI across the business.

Qualifications

• H hands-on AI engineering with Python and SQL.
• Experience deploying AI in production.
• Proven ability to lead architectural programs.

Responsibilities

• Define target-state AI architecture across generative AI and ML.
• Design data-to-AI interfaces and governance.
• Lead hands-on prototyping of AI services and agents.
• Set engineering standards and code patterns.
• Advise executives on AI strategy and investment.
