Job summary

Damper Technology Ltd is seeking an experienced engineering professional to lead the aftermarket service operations across the UK and internationally. The role suits a Service Manager or Senior/Lead Engineer stepping into management, with strong site experience and commercial acumen.

You will coordinate service activities, manage a specialist team, and deliver projects safely, on time and profitably, with travel to client sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in industrial field service, mechanical engineering, and project delivery.
• Ability to lead people, projects and customer relationships.
• Strong commercial judgement and site experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate aftermarket service activities and lead a specialist team.
• Develop inspections, maintenance, repair, upgrade projects on industrial sites.
• Prepare quotations and ensure safe, profitable project delivery.
• Travel domestically and overseas as required.
