Navitas Europe in Birmingham is seeking an Admissions Officer to manage the international admissions process and support colleagues across the Admissions and Compliance teams. You will process applications, respond to enquiries, and assess candidates against current requirements, while maintaining SLAs and building strong relationships with agents and regional teams.

Ability to organise workload and manage multiple tasks.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

Process international student applications using defined processes and systems.
Respond to applications and enquiries in line with service level agreements.
Assess applications accurately against current admissions requirements.
Keep agents, students and regional teams updated with developments.
Support student interview administration: scheduling, recording and communication of outcomes.
Build effective relationships with regional teams, College stakeholders, the University Partner and agents.
Contribute to achieving individual and team targets.
