Felsted School is seeking a dynamic International Admissions Manager to drive overseas pupil recruitment and expand Felsted's global reach. The role leads the full admissions cycle from enquiry to enrolment and requires strong relationship-building with families, agents and partners worldwide.

Significant overseas travel and international events are part of the job, with a focus on delivering results, high-quality customer service and data accuracy within a year-round schedule.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and customer service mindset.
• Willingness to travel overseas to attend events and meet families.
• Ability to drive international recruitment and achieve targets.
• Strong data management and reporting skills for admissions processes.
• Experience in the independent education sector is welcomed but not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full international admissions pipeline from enquiry to enrolment.
• Develop relationships with families, agents, consultants, and partners worldwide.
• Represent Felsted at international events and in-person meetings.
• Collaborate with school colleagues to ensure accurate and timely admissions.
• Travel internationally to cultivate partnerships and meet prospective families.
