Job summary

Claremont School in Hastings, part of ISP, seeks an International Recruitment Manager to lead international student recruitment and business development for ages 11–18. You will represent the school in global markets, build trusted relationships with families and agents, and manage the admissions process for international applicants.

Qualifications

• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with HubSpot and Engage preferred.
• Strong customer service ethos and problem-solving ability.
• Cultural sensitivity and awareness; teamwork essential.
• Ability to multi-task and communicate with all seniority levels.
• A minimum of 4 years' experience in school admissions is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Admissions, supporting proactive international recruitment and targets.
• Manage admissions for international students at Prep and Senior Schools.
• Track enquiries and admissions steps using HubSpot CMS.
• Respond quickly with intelligent information to families and agents.
• Arrange visits, interviews, and joining processes; secure registrations.
• Record reasons for not proceeding to formal applications; maintain data accuracy.
• Ensure student visa compliance and KPI reporting.
• Collaborate with Head of Admissions, Principal, and Marketing.
