Following a busy and successful summer season, we are expanding our Global Education team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in developing new international relationships and markets, and creating sustainable opportunities for revenue growth.
Founded in 1564, Felsted School is a leading co-educational HMC and IAPS boarding and day school, educating circa 900 students aged 3–18. Located in a picturesque rural village in North Essex, the School occupies a stunning 90-acre campus. We are seeking a confident, energetic and commercially minded individual with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills. The successful candidate will be comfortable presenting to international audiences, developing new business, managing customer relationships and representing Felsted externally. They will be proactive, personable and highly organised, with the ability to build trust and develop long-term relationships across different cultures and markets.
Experience in international education, sales, business development, marketing, hospitality or another customer-focused environment would be advantageous. Experience using CRM systems, developing campaigns and managing social media or digital communications would also be valuable. Experience of international travel for business development, recruitment or partnership development would be an advantage.
We are open to flexible working in this role, with regular attendance at Felsted as required and residential responsibilities during the International Summer School. The role will also involve international travel to attend educational fairs, visit schools, agents and partners, and represent Felsted in international markets.
