Job summary

Felsted School is seeking an enthusiastic Global Education Apprentice to join our expanding Global Education team, gaining structured experience across Felsted International Summer School, LEAP, Round Square exchanges and other international programmes and events.

You will work alongside experienced colleagues across academic, operational and pastoral teams, gaining practical skills while contributing to the safe, welcoming and successful experience of students from around the world.

Qualifications

• Interest in international education and working with young people.
• Willingness to learn and develop across education programmes.

Responsibilities

• Support Global Education team across Felsted's programmes, including summer school, LEAP, and exchanges.
• Work with academic, operational and pastoral teams to ensure safe, welcoming student experiences.
• Assist with events, residential programmes and programme operations as needed.
