Job summary

Responsibilities

• Prepare payment proposals based on invoices and escalations from the business.
• Manage escalations on outstanding payments.
• Collaborate across departments to ensure timely payments.
• Verify and distribute remittance advices / proof-of-payments.
• Post payments to vendor accounts and clear against open invoices.
• Monitor pre-payments and apply to relevant invoices.
• Prepare reporting outlining key KPIs.
• Complete regular vendor account reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulations.
• Collaborate with Vendor Management to resolve payment-related issues.
