Job summary

VodafoneThree seeks a Location Independent Worker to manage premier global accounts across the UK. You will own relationships with key decision-makers, grow the account and identify strategic opportunities while working with an international virtual team.

You will leverage a technology‑led environment, engage senior stakeholders, and drive growth while delivering exceptional customer value and alignment with Vodafone’s strategic priorities.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in global/account management and enterprise selling.
• Commercial insight to translate customer priorities into opportunities.
• Technology‑led background with telecoms or service solutions understanding.
• Confident communicator who can influence senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own and develop the global client relationship with key decision-makers, including C‑level.
• Retain and grow the account, renew existing business and identify major revenue opportunities.
• Understand customer business, market and ambitions to propose value-led solutions.
• Lead an international virtual account team with cross‑functional specialists.
• Influence sponsors and senior leaders to secure resources and commitment.
• Maintain global alignment and knowledge sharing across Vodafone.
• Champion consistent service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Be accountable for revenue, MAOV and NPS outcomes.
