Job summary

ViiV Healthcare is seeking an Access to Medicines Manager to drive operational delivery of access programmes across LMICs, shaping sustainable solutions through partnerships. This full-time role may allow a 3-day-per-week job share; please indicate interest in part-time in your application.

You will design and deliver access strategies, coordinate demand and supply planning, and collaborate with governments, NGOs, and internal teams to expand access to our HIV portfolio.

Qualifications

• Degree in health sciences or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in HIV, global health partners and LMIC access to medicines.
• Operational delivery experience in global health and commercial settings.
• Experience with supply chain, regulatory, medical, legal and communications.
• Strong organisational and project-management skills.
• Ability to collaborate across diverse cultures and organisations.

You will work with internal functions and external partners to enable sustainable access to ViiV’s HIV portfolio and to support the implementation of agreed access plans and partnerships.This role is a full-time position, however there is potential for a job share with two people working 3 days per week each.
