Job summary

Rosso & Azzurro, a Manchester-based brand house, seeks a seasoned 3PL Contract Manager to oversee UK and international logistics partners, ensuring SLA compliance and cost discipline. You will drive negotiations, manage performance, and align 3PLs with our evolving growth strategy as we expand into EU and US markets.

Based at our Heywood/Manchester footprint, you will travel regularly, support new partner onboarding, and deliver actionable insights through KPI reporting to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years' experience managing 3PL contracts and relationships.
• Experience across multiple sites is preferred.
• Strong commercial and negotiation skills with supplier performance focus.
• Solid understanding of warehousing, fulfilment, and supply chain operations.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage contracts with 3PL providers, ensuring terms are sound and deliverable.
• Monitor 3PL performance against KPIs and SLAs; drive corrective action as needed.
• Lead contract negotiations, renewals, and renegotiations for favourable terms.
• Act as primary escalation point for operational or service issues with logistics partners.
• Coordinate with Warehouse and Fulfilment teams to align 3PL activity with internal ops.
• Identify and implement cost-saving and efficiency initiatives across the network.
• Support onboarding of new 3PL partners, including due diligence and tenders.
• Produce regular reporting on 3PL performance, costs and risk for leadership.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, health & safety, and contractual requirements.
