Job summary

Rosso & Azzurro, a Manchester-based fashion and lifestyle brand house, seeks an experienced 3PL Contract Manager to oversee our 3PL network and expansion into EU and US markets. You will balance commercial negotiation with day-to-day oversight to keep goods moving efficiently, on time, and within budget.

The role requires 5+ years managing 3PL contracts, strong negotiation, and warehousing/fulfilment knowledge. Regular travel within the UK and internationally is expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience managing 3PL contracts and relationships.
• Strong commercial and negotiation skills.
• Solid understanding of warehousing and fulfilment operations.
• Excellent stakeholder management, internal and external.
• Experience traveling regularly within the UK and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage contracts with third-party logistics (3PL) providers, ensuring terms are commercially sound and operationally deliverable
• Monitor 3PL performance against KPIs and SLAs, driving corrective action
• Lead contract negotiations, renewals, and renegotiations for favourable terms
• Act as primary escalation point for issues with logistics partners
• Coordinate with Warehouse and Fulfilment teams to align 3PL activity with operations
• Identify cost-saving and efficiency improvements across the network
• Support onboarding of new 3PL partners as we expand into EU and US
• Produce regular reporting on 3PL performance, costs, and risk for leadership
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, health & safety, and contractual requirements
• Travel to 3PL partner sites across the UK and internationally
