Qualifications

• Proven experience in Customer Support (pre/post sales).
• Proficient in English and French.
• Experience with SQL and generating simple queries.
• Knowledge of HTML and at least two technologies (PHP, Java, JSP/JSF, Ruby, JavaScript or ASP.Net).
• Excellent troubleshooting and debugging skills with web workflows.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and validation of software solutions for large enterprises.
• Follow prescribed workflows to ensure ongoing service through maintenance and testing.
• Escalate and respond to customer questions and monitor service quality.
